'Good For You' is a Luxury 3 story Beach House with a guest cottage that includes an elegant but comfortable coastal design. It features travertine flooring on the first floor and wood flooring on the 2nd and 3rd floors (no carpet). It includes one of the largest private pools in the area (18'x28') and features 4 Bedrooms in the Main House and a 2 Bedrooms in the Guest Cottage. It located in the Crystal Beach area of Destin. It has just been updated to include new home furnishings, decor, televisions/dvd players, and the newly painted interior to reflect a both comfort and luxury in one. It offers an open floor plan on the first level with a fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for your group to cook, eat together, and hangout. It has a screened-in back porch that overlooks the pool and has a lot of outdoor seating.
The gourmet kitchen features Stainless Steel Appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer) and Granite surfaces. It is fully stocked with small appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal! There is also a wet bar that features a wine cooler and granite surfaces.
Bedroom 1: 1st Floor- Features a Queen Bed, television with dvd player, a walk-in closet, an attached bathroom, and a private front porch.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor- Master Bedroom Suite with a King Bed, Oversized Chair, Ottoman, television with dvd player, a large walk-in closet, private front porch with love sofa and chairs.
The Spa-like Master Bathroom features a separate glass shower with double shower heads, built-in Jacuzzi tub, double vanity with granite surfaces and travertine floors.
Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor- Features a Queen bed and 2 twin/twin bunk beds with 1 twin trundle, television & dvd player, and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4: 3rd Floor- It is a loft that includes a Day Bed with twin trundle, and it features a kitchenette with refrigerator and Keurig Coffee Maker and a television & dvd player. It has a large private deck that includes an outside table and chairs. Great for watching sunsets and star-gazing!
Bedroom 5 and 6: Guest Cottage. One bedroom features a King Bed, and the other includes a Day Bed with twin trundle, kitchenette with a Refrigerator, Microwave & Keurig Coffee Maker. There is a bathroom and large walk-in closet between the two rooms. And both have a television and double French doors that open to the pool.
There is a utility room on the second floor of the main house, and it includes a washing machine and dryer.
The backyard is fenced and showcases one the largest private pools in the area (18' x 28'), and it has a play area for small children and goes to 12' deep. There is a an outdoor shower that includes both hot & cold water. Also, there are several chaise loungers, outside table & chairs, and other seating as well as a Weber gas grill for outdoor cookouts. Toys and beach gear are included for your enjoyment too.

Or you can take a short stroll down the beach to the Crab Trap Restaurant for a cold drink & appetizers at the beach bar. You can go for a walk, a jog, or a bike ride on the 5 mile path that parallels the scenic highway. And groceries, restaurants, shopping, movies, and other entertainment are nearby!
